SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing:

All our products are made to order. We intend to make all orders as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 14 days production time prior to shipment in busy periods.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled by contacting us but this must be done within 48 hours of the order being placed. Once the order cancellation has been confirmed, a full refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be completed.

Shipping Rates:

Please see shipping rates at checkout. Orders are shipped through Royal Mail or Evri.

Free shipping on all UK orders £75+.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the Royal Mail or Evri websites.

 

Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated after you receive the tracking number.

Shipping Regions:

Please note that we only ship within the United Kingdom (UK), European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), USA (Mainland), Canada (Mainland), Australia and New Zealand.

 

Due to the introduction of the new EU 'General Product Safety Regulations' we will not be shipping to EU/EEA countries and Northern Ireland from the 13th December 2024. This is a temporary arrangement and we hope to be able to sell to our European friends again soon!

We do not offer shipping to international destinations outside the above locations as a standard option. If you would like your order delivered outside of the aforementioned regions please contact us

 

Please note all international orders are processed as 'Delivery Duty Unpaid' meaning that the buyer/recipient is responsible for paying duty or tax charges on arrival and it is solely their responsibility. Additional delivery handling fees may also apply.

No duty is due on orders under $1000 NZD to New Zealand or $800 USD to USA. Due to Trade Agreements no duty is due on orders to Australia.

 

The following information sets out the approximate tax charges for EU/EEA countries which the buyer/recipient will be responsible to pay:

Fajn Limited are not responsible for these charges and will not refund these charges in the event of a product being returned. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

Fajn Limited is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that are beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

Collection:

We do not have a physical store so we cannot offer free collection as standard, however if you live in the Greater Manchester area and would like to collect your order for free please contact us prior to placing your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing fajn! We strive to provide high-quality items that meets your sighthound's needs and keep them comfortable and stylish. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to help you.

Returns Policy:

Please note that we do not accept general returns for our dogwear products due to the nature of our items being made to order this prevents us from reselling returned products.

Please ensure that you correctly measure your dog based off our size guide. If you are unsure about the correct size for your dog please contact us prior to purchasing.

However, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. At our discretion, we may offer an exchange for an alternative size if your purchase can be returned to us in the original packaging and is in an unworn condition. Please note that you'll be responsible for the costs of returning the items and we cannot be liable for the parcel until it gets delivered to us. 

If you encounter any issues or receive a faulty product, we kindly request that you contact us as soon as possible.
